Prevent Memory Loss, Dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease

This drink has the power to prevent:

  • Memory loss.
  • Dementia.
  • Alzheimer’s disease.

This recipe is simple to make, and is full of omega-3′s and acetylcholine. Omega-3′s and acetylcholine are critical for brain health.

Ingredients
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tsp flaxseed oil
A handful of hemp nuts (seeds)

Directions
1. Mix all ingredients and blend in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into ice cube container and freeze overnight.
3. Put 4 ice cubes in your coffee mug in the morning and on your way to work drink it as it melts. If you don’t work, enjoy this drink at home!!

Latin Names - Matricaria recutita, Chamomilla recutita

Many Women Don’t Get Enough Sleep
