Ingredients:
10 3/4 oz canned low-fat cream of mushroom soup, made with fat-free milk
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 medium uncooked potato(es)
1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
In a small bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper.In a greased oblong baking dish arrange 1/4" potatoe slices in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese then spoon soup mixture over the cheese.Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 min. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until your potatoes are tender.
