1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, pushed through a press
1/2 packet sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, vinegar, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar substitute, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
