Ingredients:
16 oz lean beef round cut into bite size piece
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 c chopped onion
32 oz (2-16 oz jars) bottled spaghetti sauce
1/2 c burgundy cooking wine
2 c thinly sliced celery
4 oz sliced green bell pepper
Instructions:
Dredge cut up steak pieces in flour, salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add olive oil to hot pan. Add cut up meat and saute until browned. Stir in chopped onion and saute. Stir in 2 - 16 oz bottles of marinara (spaghetti) sauce and red wine and bring to boil. Add thinly sliced celery and sliced green bell pepper; stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Heat a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente. Remove from heat and drain. Serve meat sauce over noodles
