Ingredients:
2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 large onion -- chopped fine
salt and pepper – to taste
garlic powder -- to taste
1/4 teaspoon cumin -- optional
onion powder -- to taste
1/2 cup flour -- seasoned to taste, with preferred seasoning
1/2 cup nonfat margarine
Instructions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Form into small patties. Roll each patty in seasoned flour. Fry in margarine til browned, turn & brown the other side.
