Ingredients:
2 large onion(s)
1 can canned FF condensed beef broth bouillon and consomme
2 cube(s) beef broth cube(s)
1 pound cooked lean beef steak
4 large sweet green or red pepper(s)
Instructions:
Cut up steak in thin strips. Season as desired. Place in non-stick pan and brown. Remove an drain fat. Cut onions into stips. Cut peppers into strips. Saute onions and peppers. Add 2cups of water and beef boullion cubes. Continue cooking covered until peppers are desired consistency. Add back steak. Mix 1/4 cup corn starch well with can of beef broth. Pour into pan. Continue cooking till it boils. reduce heat and cook until sauce thinkens.
