Ingredients:
11/2 pds. round steak
1/3 C flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
1-4oz. can sliced mushrooms drained
3 Tbs.soy sauce
1-10oz. pkg. frozen french-syle green beans
Instructions:
Trim fat from meat and cut into strips. Place meat, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot and stir till meat is coated well. Add other ingredients except green beans. Cook on high 1 hour then turn to low for 7 hours. Thaw green beans and add during last hour of cooking.
