Ingredients:
2 cups ice
3 tablespoons Atkins sugar free Vanilla Syrup
1/4 cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee
2 scoops Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix
3 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Place ice in a blender and crush well. Add syrup, coffee and shake mix.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth, then add cream and blend just until incorporated.
