Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup Equal Spoonful
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziploc bag, seal and freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth. .
