Fresh Soft Pretzel

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 9 to 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 oz refrigerated bread dough
1 egg white
1/4 tsp coarse salt (to taste)

Instructions:
1. Shape refrigerated bread dough into 15” rope, twist into a pretzel.
2. Brush lightly with some of the egg white
3. Sprinkle with salt
4. Bake at 350 F in toaster oven until golden, 9-10 minutes.
5. Serve warm
