Ham and Asparagus Stacked Sandwich

Ingredients:
1/8 pound asparagus, about 4 spears, tough ends removed
2 tsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
1/8 tsp curry powder
1 slice whole-wheat bread
2 oz extra-lean ham, approximately 11% fat, cut into five thin strips
Instructions:
1. Fill a small skillet with water. Add asparagus and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, about 10 minutes; drain well.
2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder. Spread on bread.
3. Arrange asparagus spears on bread in a single row, leaving a little space between rows. Weave ham strips in and out of asparagus.
