Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Equal Spoonful
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tbsp stick butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
1. Combine flour, Equal, chocolate chips, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
2. Beat butter, applesauce, eggs and vanilla until blended. Stir in combined flour mixture until blended.
3. Spread batter in 8” square baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Bake in a preheated 350º oven 18 to 20 minutes or until top springs back when gently touched.
5. Cool completely on wire rack. .
