Ingredients:
3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/4 cup fat free egg substitute
1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups reduced fat biscuit mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
Using an electric mixer, beat the milk, peanut butter, egg substitute, and vanilla until smooth. Add the biscuit mix and stir. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Sprinkle cookies with sugar and bake about 6-8 minutes or until browned.
