Healthy Diabetes Recipe


Serves - 4

Ingredients


4 cooked skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/4 cup fat free Ranch salad dressing

Directions


Dice chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Add onion, celery, almonds, and ranch dressing. Mix and serve on a cold bed of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
