There's a lot of advice flying around about what makes for a healthy heart. And, while ideas may come and go, the evidence consistently points to 10 important factors that helps to keep the heart healthy.

]Cut Back on Red Meat
]Up Your Consumption of Dark-Colored Fruits and Vegetables
]Control your Insulin Levels
]Make Your Own Meals
]Up Your Soluble Fiber Content
]Reduce Your Cheese Intake
]Remove alcohol from your diet
]Exercise early and regularly
]Prioritize sleep
]Stop smoking

Think lifestyle change rather than dieting. By living and eating in a healthier way you will feel better, more energized, more confident and happier.
