Hot Yoga

Hello just wanted to tell everyone and ask advice about Hot Yoga. Hot Yoga or "Fire Yoga", for those of you have never done it is yoga done in a room with a temperature of about 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%. So once in the room you are generally asked to be quiet and not leave the room as to not disrupt others. It is also recommended that you do not eat two hours before class and drink plenty of water the day you plan on attending. It was developed by Bikram Choudhury and a Los Angeles, California based company. So basically you do a series of yoga poses in the heated room, and the heat is supposed to make your muscles more flexible. I am thinking about trying it but haven't yet. Please let me know your thoughts on it, thanks!

When some people think of yoga, they imagine having to stretch like a gymnast. That makes them worry that they're too old, unfit, or "tight" to do yoga. The truth is you're never too old to improve flexibility.By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. This helps in the flushing out of toxins from every nook and cranny as well as providing nourishment up to the last point. This leads to benefits such as delayed ageing, energy and a remarkable zest for life. The information on Yoga Poses & Benefits are grouped into three categories-physiological, psychological, biochemical effects. Furthermore, scientists have laid these results against the benefits of regular exercise.

From all I hear, hot yoga is mainly to help enable you to extend your time to bring more and longer. To relax the muscles in the hot environment. Some people also claim that sweating helps remove toxins from your system. If you go to promote the hot yoga, be sure not to press too hard the first few times yourself, there are a lot of water with you, with some lemon squeezed and or a few grains of salt, to help you and absorption.

Hot yoga, ikram yoga or similar type is inappropriate and difficult to justify the Indian version of the ancient science of yoga. In fact, it can not be called yoga according to Indian science. Therefore, yoga is relaxing, not like the pressure exercise. If it is asana practice in the thermal environment, as it is to do some styles of yoga, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, although the expansion of the muscle, it can be more stretch the body, which may hurt the muscle.

Yoga has been practiced for more than 5,000 years, and currently, close to 11 million Americans are enjoying its health benefits. Yoga can hardly be called a trend.A consistent yoga practice decreases blood pressure through better circulation and oxygenation of the body.Daily exercises of yoga can help ease the aches and pains of the body. Many people with very serious diseases have reported less pain after these daily exercises, such as asanas or meditation.
