Being physically active may help you live longer and protect you from:
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Stroke
  • High blood pressure
And... if you have any of the above health problems, being physically active may help improve your symptoms.

Regular Physical Activity -
  • Helps you feel better.
  • Helps you lower your stress and boosts your mood.
  • Helps you Increase your strength, movement, balance, and flexibility.
  • Helps you control your blood pressure and blood sugar.
  • Helps you build healthy bones, muscles, and joints.
  • Helps your heart and lungs work better.
  • Helps you improve your self-esteem.
  • Helps boost your energy during the day and may aid in sleep at night.
Remember to:
  • Start slowly - Your body needs time to get used to your new activity.
  • Warm up - Warm-ups get your body ready for action.
    • Shrug your shoulders,
    • Tap your toes,
    • Swing your arms,
      OR
    • March in place
    You should spend a few minutes warming up for any physical activity, even walking. Walk slowly for the first few minutes.
  • Cool down - Slow down little by little. If you have been walking fast, walk slowly or stretch for a few minutes to cool down. Cooling down may protect your heart, relax your muscles, and keep you from getting hurt.

Through regular physical activity we can improve flexibility, some build muscular strength and some increase endurance.There are many of regular activities like Brisk walking, jumping rope, jogging, bicycling,are examples of aerobic activities that increase endurance.Daily physical activity can help prevent heart disease and stroke by strengthening your heart muscle.

Regular exercise helps in fighting with diseases. Also regular exercise boost the immune system. Thanks for providing the great post.

Regular physical activity is one type of best exercise. for example at home doing vaccuming, mopping, and gardening provide best exercise to the muscles and also joints movements easily. its provide fitness and better health and also we can build the best body structure via regular physical activity.

Cardio exercise such as running, swimming, cycling etc., not only burn calories but reduce your body fat level. Healthy eating is also good for health.
