Well first of all you may want to speak to your doctor to see what he/she suggests because you want to make sure you lose the weight in a safe and healthy way. Your dr. may also have workout information for you depending on your age and current weight so that you do not risk injuring yourself.

I would start out by making a food diary. Just write down everything you eat on a normal day and add up all of the calories you are consuming. This way you can see maybe what foods are real high in calories and try to cut bad foods out of your diet and incorporate healthier choices. I suggest slowly cutting your calorie intake but make sure that you are still consuming enough calories for your age height and weight, you don't want to cut too many and slow down your metabolism. So for example, lets say your food diary says you are eating 2400 calories per day on average. Try cutting back so you are consuming 2200 calories per day instead. There are two benefits to this, first the change is gonna be small enough so that you are not feeling hungry throughout the day and second your metabolism will maintain so your body won't kick into starvation mode because then you could actually gain weight. I hope this helps. Sounds like you are doing great by keeping up a normal workout routine though, hang in there you will see results.

Hello,

I have gone through the same not so long ago, and I can relate to your problem because weight loss is not an easy task, exercise and work outs do give results but it requires a lot of time and patience. If you want quick results without any kind of side effects, you might want to try the Access Bars from Melaleuca. They are scientifically proven to burn your body fat, helping you to lose that weight quickly. More details here in my signature given below:
