Did you know if you cannot lift a weight 6 times in a row, the weight you are lifting is too heavy?
And...
If you can easily lift a weight 15 times in a row, your weight is too light?

Put the weights back after use. Don’t always assume that the next person is as strong as you. As well, when plates are left on bars or benches, it appears that it is still in use. Wipe down benches after use. There are spray bottles and rags spread out throughout the weight room.
