Baked Cod With Cheese

Serves - 4, about 3 ounces each
Time to Make: 7 minutes

Ingredients


  • 1 pound Cod fillets (you can use frozen cod fillets if you want to)
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions


  • Prepare cod according to package directions. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 15 minutes
  • Sprinkle cheese on cod. Return cod to oven to melt cheese, about 3 to 5 minutes.
