help on workout videos

Postby kingoftheworld » Wed Jan 27, 2010 2:44 am

I'm really worried for my dad because he thinks exercising is only for girls. It's not the way he looks that I'm more concerned about. I read somewhere that the bigger your waistline the greater the risk for heart complications. We have a history of heart problems. I'm thinking of showing my dad some workout videos so that he would consider it. Do you know where I can find these videos?

Why don't you ask your dad to walk with you around the block sometime? The key is to be subtle. That way he wouldn't be embarrassed about his also. Most often grand parents respond better to their grand children's cajoling so this might work, too. It should be something that is fun for him and not that obvious.

However if your intent on showing him those workout videos, try Workouts on Demand http://www.workoutsondemand.com. Or be Mr. Google's friend he really is a friend in deed.

I hope this helps.
