Hey just wanted to share something cool I found on my Iphone. It is a free app called Lose It! You enter your current weight, how much weight you want to lose and in what time frame you want to lose it in. It then calculates how many calories you should be eating per day to obtain your weight loss goal. Every time you eat something or drink something you go into the log portion and enter how many calories you have consumed and it automatically calculates how many more calories you should eat. You can also put in what exercises you have done that day and how many calories you burned. Restaurants are also listed with nutrition information. Just wanted to share, it is a pretty cool app!
