Please share your New Year's Resolutions! By putting them in writing it may be easier to be committed to them.
My family and I have made the New Year's Resolutions to:
Eat healthier
Consume more fruit and vegetables
Eat out one or less times a week
Brown bag our lunches
Drink more water
We have decided not to eliminate sweets but we need to make it at home. So one thing we did was made low carb blue berry muffins for this week.
