Wow that is a really helpful website. I have found that weight watchers is the easiest diet for me to follow. It seems it is the only diet where I don't feel hungry all the time. I also think that weight watchers is a better diet than some others because it makes you develop healthier food choices and if you just follow these healthy food choices even when you have obtained your target weight loss goal, you can keep the weight off by continuing to eat healthy even if you are not taking the time to record all of the points you consume.
