The points that you have mentioned for fish benefits are interesting.The fish oil is also as beneficial as fish.Health benefits of fish oil is its ability to support the treatment of heart disease, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety,lowered immunity, cancer, diabetes..

Being an excellent protein food with fewer calories, it is better than other meat sources.Fish oil include its ability to aid in treatment of heart diseases, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, AHDH, low immunity, cancer, diabetes, inflammation, arthritis, IBD, AIDS, Alzheimer’s disease, eye disorders, macular degeneration and ulcers.Fish oil may be useful for lowering blood pressure, but their role in prevention is unclear.

Well marie, the information which you have shown here thats really very nice and I just want to say that I am really that much agree with you. Moreover I also want to say that we have always known fish is good for us. The other thing that I want to say that you should try to incorporate fish into your diet on a weekly basis.

I agree that fish is more healthful than red meat. but for healthier way of eating fish would grilling it or steaming it with lots of coriander, ginger, light soy, and sliced garlic.
