Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a whole grain. Whole grains contain the entire grain kernel - the bran, germ, and endosperm.

Oatmeal is a high fiber food with about 3 grams of fiber in only 3/4 cup.

The fiber in oatmeal is soluble fiber. Soluble fiber dissolves easily in water and takes on a soft, gel like texture in the intestines. Soluble fiber is not broken down until it reaches the large intestine. Soluble fiber can help lower blood cholesterol and may reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Oatmeal is 100 percent natural rolled oats.

Oatmeal is quick and convenient.

Oatmeal is delicious.

You can add oatmeal to your cookie recipes or in other baked dishes such as muffins, breads, desserts, meatloaf, or in chicken and fish patties.

Instant oatmeal is cut finer to cook faster, a process that strips away some fiber. Quaker Instant Oatmeal Take Heart is fortified with about 6 grams of fiber, omega 3 fats, and vitamins C, E, and B.

Yummy, I love oats and that's what I prefer to have for breakfast. The breakfast is termed as the most important meal of the say and also right called the meal for the brain, so it is important to have a mixture of all the contents required for the body. More importantly these meals are rich in proteins and thus help our brain to function in an appropriate manner.
