If you would like to gain some weight I suggest recording everything you eat on an average day. This is to see how many calories you are eating in a day. I recommend increasing your calories by 500 the next day with healthy foods of course. An example of this would be, lets say in a given day you consume 2100 calories. For the rest of the week each day you should be consuming about 2600 calories.
You also need to establish a weightlifting routine. Maybe you should have a personal trainer go over your goals with you and set up this routine. At the end of the week you should weigh yourself and you will notice that you are already gaining weight. It shouldn't happen too fast though because gaining more than 1 or 2 pounds in a week is actually unhealthy. Also make sure you are eating plenty of protein, it is essential in gaining muscle mass.
