1 envelope taco seasoning
4 4oz chicken breasts
1 cup instant rice
2 1/2 cups water

Instructions:
Add chicken,taco seasoning,and 1 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cook untill chicken is tender and you can shred it. Add 1cup water bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add rice and cover until water is absorbed.
Comments:
Serve with fat free shells add pts. Top with lettuce,tomato,salsa or taco sauce. I considered 1 taco a serving. But these are such low pts you can have a couple
