Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli
2 TBS Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlice Minced
1 Can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 TSP Basil Leaves, Crushed
1 Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Light Sour Cream
8oz Cooked Fettucine Noodles
Instructions:
Cook Broccoli in saucepan in 1" boiling water for 6 minutes or until tender and drain.
In same pan saute onion and garlic in hot butter until tender. Add in soup and seasoning and mix well.
Add cheese and parmesan and mix until melted. Stir in Sour Cream, Broccoi and cooked noodles, mix well.
Pour into 2qt Casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
