Ingredients:
3 Cans-Fat Free chicken Broth
1/2 pk. Lipton onion soup mix
2 Cans-Low fat low sodium cream of chicken soup
1 Cup- Skim milk slivers of carrots
12 Large potatoes peel and cook in microwave untill done.
Instructions:
Cook potatoes in microwave. Mix and cook all other ingredents on top of stove.(med. heat) Add potatoes when done.(mashed leaving some lumps med. to large) warm all ingredents. Serve with shredded light cheese, bacon bits and chives or scallions
