8 Cups Water
4 Cubes Chicken Boullion
2 LBS Red Potatoes-cubed
1 1/2 Cup Onion-diced
1 1/2 Cup Carrots-diced
1 1/2 Cup Celery-diced
1/2 Small Cabbage-diced
1 LB Lite Velvetta Cheese-cubed
*optional - 1 Jalapeno Pepper-seed and diced
Instructions:
In large pot, simmer all except cheese for 30 minutes - or until potatoes are tender. Add 1 LB Light Velvetta - cubed.
