Banish those extra pounds

Postby AndreBishop » Wed Apr 01, 2009 9:54 am

I have been advised by doctors to achieve my ideal body weight of 165lbs as I am hypertensive and also have type 2 diabetes. I am unable to maintain any regular schedule of diet or exercise due to my demanding work-life. How do I lose weight?

I would recommend asking your doctor to set up a weight loss plan for you. Having diabetes I am sure they are gonna want you on a special diet and they should know the healthiest way for you to lose the weight. As far as exercise and your work schedule, maybe you could try to fit some in early in the morning before work or walk on your lunch break. Just try to set a little time away in the day for some exercise and I am sure you will feel better. I would also consult your doctor on what types of exercise they would like you to be doing. Hope this helps :)

Your problem is not uncommon. Most people nowadays fail to have an exercise and diet regime owing to their professions. But have hope, you can now procure Bert Martinez’s CD, ‘The Dieting Fix’ in which he tells you how to control your mind in order to lose weight. One can control his food intake, hunger pangs, cravings for certain kinds of foods by taking charge of your thought process.
