Yeah, very good three points that has some very good and lasting benefits on our body. I call it "the three pointer". I think exercise is the best way to lose weight. Exercise help in burning the calories, even the 5 minutes of exercise is effective for burning the calories. I like your post you share a great information.

i agree with markwilson419 exercising daily and regularly is the best way to reduce weight fast and is the most effective and safe method so far. To get best result add protein shakes in diet as well because protein will cut your body fat.
