Hi,

I want learn about real life results on dieting
the healthy way and keeping the fat off.

I have personally lowered my cholesterol
from 238 to 174 and lost 24 pounds in 3 months.

Eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.You can do Daily physical activity that achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with calorie intake.

Health is a wealth and it is require to maintain the health. There is available different types of diet pills but it is not sure to help to in diet. Diet is require to get the energy power and stamina. Another thing is that due to the diet person can get all the nutrition which is require to the body.

A balanced diet consisting of varied and healthy food are essential for promoting good health. After all, we are what we eat - Research continues to prove that eating healthy food promotes good health and unhealthy food habits lead to a diseased organ. Food contains essential nutrients that support metabolic function of our body. But a lack of consumption of these nutrients or feed the wrong types of foods leads to an accumulation of toxins in the body, causing chronic long term.

for me, at least see a dietitian or a health expert to help you determine which combinations of food is right for you. For some, eating more of this and less of that may not be sufficient. There may be foods that is not good for you but will do for others and vice versa.
