On the Dr. Oz website he talked about green tea and weight loss.

He said current thinking is that catechins in green tea inhibit the breakdown of fats, and also inhibit production of the inflammation-causing substance nf-Kappa-B.

Studies show that drinking 3 glasses of green tea a day reduced body weight and waist circumference by 5 percent in 3 months.

It also increases metabolism - all non-herbals have substances that increase the metabolic rate.

Green tea is also effective for the weight loss. There are lot of benefits of green tea. The green tea rich in polyphenols and caffeine which is useful in the solving the problem of obesity. Green tea can even help prevent tooth decay.

Drinking green tea alone will not be satisfactory, a significant weight loss. Still, green tea can still be very useful to aid weight loss. The 80 extra calories per day may be just what a person needs to tip the balance in surplus calorie a calorie deficit, especially when you follow a balanced diet and exercise regime.

Green tea increase metabolism and help to burn fat from body. It was good for weight loss. Green was very effective and fast acting diet. It prevent us from cancer and heart strokes. Green tea improves immune system and give freshness to us.

Drinking a green tea it is very beneficial for health and loosing a weight loss. It have no more calories. It is great tea. Still, green tea can still be very useful to aid weight loss. Green was very effective and fast acting diet.

It is true that drinking a green tea it is very beneficial for health and loosing a weight loss. If the average man drink five cups of green tea a day, they can burn an extra 70 to 80 extra calories. green tea effectively aids in burning fat.

True, but imagine what green tea extracts can do for you. If you make a habit of drinking tea everyday, it can help you lose weight. For now I skipped that part, i take African Mango Plus. It has green tea extracts and EGCG too.

Well green tea is so good along with running. But I think I must tell you about these drops and injections what I got from prohcgdiet . They were very effective for me in losing weight.
