You have to doing exercise, the every exercise is to give own benefit like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, laughing etc, the exercise is to make our body perfect and fit, it is making strong muscles.

For losing weight work physically hard,every day 2 hour walking,avoid the oily food,avoid the hotels food,don't eat,meat,fish ,dont eat junk food,early morning do exercise,go to aerobics class,use the laughter therapy,go to swimming,do dance,yoga,meditation,avoid the milk food and milk,,eat dry fruits.only these are useful suggestion of loss weight.

The following are the tips for loosing the weight:
1 Do regularly exercise like running,swimming,cycling
2 Do Yoga regularly
3 Drink plenty of water
4 Avoid eating oily fast food
5 Meditation
6 Sit-ups,Push-ups
7 Eat fruits and vegetable salad.

* Change your diet
* Avoid to eat unhealthy, more oily and junk food.
* Drink water as much as possible.
* Take fruit juice and shake.
* Make a habit of daily exercise.
