Tips for losing weight:

• Change one or two eating habits a weeks rather than going on a drastic diet.
• Fill in a food diary to keep track of your intake.
• Avoid foods that fill you up but leave you craving for more half an hour later.
• Aim to reduce your calorie intake by no more that 200 calories a day.
• Increase your activity levels to burn 500 calories more a day (a 5 mile walk)
• Do not weigh yourself more than once a week, and bear in mind that the muscle you are building weighs more than the fat you are losing – your scales will not recognize this.

My Mother I have been using about more products for waking is not for good but I take for Hoodia L-Tyrosine about 4 weeks for me to start noticing a real difference I lost 20 lbs. I have been for almost a year now and have been able to maintain my weight without maintaining any kind of diet.

Really a nice tips for losing weight.I have also some tips.Those tips are following:
Eat only when hungry
Don't eat in front of the television
Include at least one fruit or vegetable in your diet
Avoid soft drinks in which have a more sugar

My tips for losing weight is drink lots of water, walk at 10,000 steps per day and keep moving. I also use hCG for that extra help with my hunger. 8)

Eat the low-calorie items off of your plate first, and then move on to the more calorie dense items. Start with salads, vegetables, then go to soups, and then the main part of the meal. The idea here is that you’ll likely be full or getting full by the time you reach the high calorie stuff, so you’ll eat less of it.

Place what you eat on a plate and never eat out of the jar or bag. By doing this, you can see exactly how much you are eating throughout the day.

Hello all :)

I have been working to lose weight for the past year now. Things have been up and down with my diet - at times encouraging, discouraging at others. There are an awful lot of people out there who seem to think that losing weight is just that, subtracting pounds. But, that is a double edged blade, paying attention to your weight more than how your pants fit can hurt your future progress. This is due to the fact that poor quality www.theweightlossmiracle.com weight loss also means that you are just as likely to lose weight in the form of muscle as you are in the form of fat.

No. i would suggest before shifting to Fat burning tablets for losing weight, it is important for one to try all the natural measures what pebbleswa has mentioned here is what is the correct approach, i would like to add to it

It is important to ask your self “why” you want to lose weight and if it is not big enough; then chances are you will stop working towards your goal

You should have strong desire to lose weight. Desire will help you to keep working towards your goal even in the first couple of weeks when it does not seem as though you are getting anywhere.

A proper wieght loss planning is a must, with a proper plan to lose weight you have to take the action to carry out that plan. Without action you will not get anywhere or realize your goals.

Making small targets/goalson a paper. Keep it right beside you on a daily basis so that you can see it and remember to take action on it on a daily basis.

well, i dont agree with you entirely. the weight loss startegy works differently on everybody. before suggesting any body anything, one should really aske the weight, age and diet of the person...then and then anything should be suggested!

People are do their diet for improve their health or lose their weight.These are normally used to stomach fat to maintain a proper fat your weight.Maintain a proper diet and your weight. Do some physical activity like walking and arabics.Eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

It is an interesting and helpful tips for losing weight. I like that to keep the health diary which track all the information about the exercise, diet, weight, allergy and so on. It is helpful when person is in injury and suffered by any disease. By that track doctor can give the better prescription.

There are some tip[s for reducing weight without control on your food or I will not suggest you dieting .
-Wake up early in morning take fresh air .
-Regular exercise.
-Meditation.
- fresh juices .
- Avoid lift and walk more.
-Drink more and more water.
