We are constantly comparing ourselves with others and it does not help when we see famous, rich, beautiful actresses who all weigh less than their cloth. We have to see ourself and compare itself that is it we require to loss weight or comparing us with other than only do what ever thing is require so there are are many thing to reduce weight regular exercise,meditation,perfect food ,avoid lift walk more and drink at-least 15-20 glass of water daily.
