Good nutrition simply means is to eat sensibly from the foods that contain all the vitamins, minerals, and other things you need to keep your body fit and strong and not be overweight. It means eating the right foods from the basic food groups that contain fruit and vegetables; protein foods, bread and cereal foods, and the last food group are the dairy products.

Pretty much all vegetables are good. Some have a little more calories than others but generally they have few calories and lots of fiber. Also, if you like bread or pasta, try to eat whole wheat and make sure they don't just "contain" wheat but actually are whole wheat. They not only have fiber and less processed grains, but whole wheat has been found to have other health benefits as well. Try to drink plenty of fluids but not juice or soda. Drink water, and if you don't like just plain water, drink flavored seltzer waters that don't have calories or very few.

Did you guys ever tried to eat one kind of food for a while, or maybe less food but containing all the vitamins overall? I think the best way to loose weight is to eat more less, or maybe some kind of food, maybe some vitamins or fruits should be good. Anyways good luck everyone.

To eat only one kind of food is really horrible. However, now there is variety of food is available for the weight loss losers. this diet contains food with low fat, calories and cholesterol. One can refer thebiggestloserdietplan. :)

There are many thing that control our weight and make us fit and help us to loss our weight like eat fresh fruit ,juices ,don't eat calories food , oily food,like cheese, butter, fish ,and all that increase your weight,and drink at-least 15-25 glass of water daily and avoid lift and walk more.

There are so Many Food for the Weight Loss But I just take Few From this like Fresh Fruit,Fresh Vegetables.In Your Food Must have this kind of things like Fresh natural food,Nutritionally dense food,High in fiber,Low in calories,Low in fat,Low in refined Sugars,Low in sodium.You have to take this kind of Food for Weight Loss.

1200 to 1600 calories containing diet plan is better for weight loss people...

Everyone should go much conscious about the health related issue's and have the good one's foods to stay fit and have the best one physique.... I think by eating natural one and organic one foods like green foods will help much in the weight loss session ...... This will help any one more and keeping one's healthy and fit forever....

You should use food like vegetables, juices , and fruits. Drink water 10 times in a day can easily reduce and lose our weight easily. Running and walking also helpful in weight lose. So these are the techniques through which we can easily lose our weight and there is no any need to go for a gym.

The green vegetables and fruits are the best weight looser, it is have a more vitamins and fiber, the fiber have a more water,it is helpful to making stomach full of water, so it's work on very less appetite.

To easy way for weight losing you have to drink a plenty of water, doing morning walk regularly, doing exercise like Cycling, Running, Jogging, Swimming, etc.
