Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Watch for Portion Size
Do not Skip Meals
Watch for the sugary drinks
Regular exercise
Drink plenty of water
Avoid Junk food

To easy way for weight loosing you have to drink plenty of water, doing morning walk regularly, doing exercise like swimming ,cycling, walking etc, eating more vegetables and fruits, avoid more dairy products and fatty foods also.

To lose weight there are so many thing are hear by every another person. But to lose weight we have to but off some calories from meal, concentrate on walking yoga and meditation. avoid late night food, or food in junk.
