I've recently lost 168lbs. in the past year, from 429 down to 261. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I've just been doing some hardcore dieting and very little exercise. I'm still losing, but I'm worried about having excess skin hanging if I lose much more. I'm lifting weights, but what do I need to do to tighten those loose skin areas such as the belly, the chest, the lovehandles and the arms? I'll post a current pic so you guys can see where I'm at.

If you have too much excess skin, I don't have any advice except surgical options. It is important that you remove excess skin if it develops into flaps. The underside of the flaps may get ulcers that lead to skin infection. be wary! _________________ ***This is me and my weight loss journey:
