Asian Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 cup(s) green onion(s)
16 oz packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 1/2 cup(s) water
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 packages (5 1/2 oz total) low-fat ramen noodle soup mix
Instructions:
Cut onions into 1 inch sections and slice meat against the grain into thin slices. Heat 1/2 t oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Stir fry chicken and onions for 1-2 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add 1/2 t oil to skillet and stir fry coleslaw mix for 30 seconds and remove from pan. Add water to pan and stir in one packet of seasoning. Break noodles in half. Bring to boil and add noodles. Cook two minutes or until water is almost gone, stirring frequently. Add meat, onions and coleslaw to pan. Sprinkle 1/2 remaining seasoning packet and soy sauce on mixture and stir until well mixed and heated through.
