Is Nutrisystem or NuLean Better?

Postby astroghost » Thu Sep 10, 2009 9:50 pm

I really think that Nutrisystem is a big rip-off, I seriously just cannot deal with the food they send (when I actually get what I ordered!!), really bad, salty but tasteless, very disappointing the ads make it look great.

So I just took a friend’s advice to try a detox instead, clean out and give my body a break from chemicals and bad food, I hadn’t heard of NuLean, apparently it’s big in Europe

Anyway it’s a liquid meal replacement, easy, start out doing it twice a day and eat healthy meals and snacks, so far amazed am losing weight really fast and not suffering.

Plus it almost pays for itself, which is way cooler than expensive food that tastes like cardboard.

Yeah I knew a couple of people that tried the NutriSystem diet and had a hard time sticking to it. I think that you just need to have a lifestyle change instead of ordering food from NutriSystem all the time. I was very interested in your info about NuLean so I read a little about it and found out this. They sytem works as a detox and the average person can lose about a pound or 2 a day by flushing out toxins. It says that it is safe and promotes long term weight loss. Toxins that enter our body come from our food, water, and the air we breathe. The body does not know what to do with these toxins so as a result you get fat and we get inflammation around the toxins. The article I read also states that women will store the toxins in the buttocks and thigh area and is a main cause of cellulite. In men they accumulate around the stomach area and intestines.
